At Evolve Wellness Counselling I offer a holistic approach to counselling which includes the use of a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and a Person-Centred Approach. Importantly in this holistic counselling, the client is the key driver in the counselling process and is regarded as an active participant to his or her growth and the co-creator of empowered solutions.
Life can often bring challenging times and while we all aim to do our best and manage through tough times, sometimes seeking support from a professional can help us gain insight from the situation, as well as enable us to learn more about ourselves and understand new ways of being that can direct our goal-driven paths forward.
